1. Customs Responsibility
   International shipments may be inspected by customs authorities and could be subject to delays, duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These matters are outside our control. Any costs, delays, or complications arising from customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

2. Compliance with Local Laws
   Import regulations vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order are permitted under their local laws and import regulations prior to completing a purchase.

3. Customs Holds, Seizures, or Returns
   In the event that an order is refused entry, detained, seized, or returned by customs authorities, Total BMX Ltd will not be liable for the loss and will not issue refunds for the products or shipping charges.

4. Customs Documentation Requests
   If customs officials request additional documentation or information to process a shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the required details.
