RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns

We offer a 30-day returns policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from return, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

  • Intimate, sanitary, health, or personal care items


Partial Refunds (Where Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Items showing clear signs of use

  • Media products (e.g. CDs, DVDs, vinyl, software, games) that have been opened

  • Items returned damaged or with missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider (posting times can vary)

  3. Contact your bank

If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@totalbmx.com.


Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless faulty or required by law.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.

To request an exchange, please email info@totalbmx.com before returning your item.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of higher value. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
